All about the role

As an HR Intern, you will support the Core HR Services team across several areas, primarily the global Workforce Admin team, but also Learning and Rewards. This internship offers hands on experience in HR within a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout their journey at Just Eat Takeaway, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and other stakeholders.
In addition, you will take part in an exciting data quality project, gaining valuable insight into global HR processes and contributing to the success of a key initiative within multiple countries


We are looking for someone who can start in January and will be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship (6 months).


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across HR Services, including Workforce admin, Learning, and Rewards
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Support employees with queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in resolving HR-related queries in collaboration with HR Business Partners.and the wider HR team.
  • Support on global HR projects aimed at process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on employment regulations and support compliance with HR policies.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in German, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian, or Polish being a plus.
  • Interest in HR processes, employee experience, and international HR policies.
