Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in legal and compliance topics in an international corporate environment.
• Structured and reliable working style with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong proficiency in English is mandatory; strong proficiency in German is a plus.

Your tasks

• Support the Regional Legal & Compliance Europe team in day‑to‑day legal and compliance activities.
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and policies.
• Support compliance initiatives across European affiliates through coordination and tracking activities.
• Conduct legal and compliance research on regulatory developments and best practices.
• Support internal compliance communications, including newsletters and brief updates.
• Provide general administrative support, including documentation management, coordination tasks, and organizational assistance.
