Workplace Solutions - Studio Lead, Vice President
JOB DESCRIPTION

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions is seeking a VP, Studio Lead to bring our design and content teams into one high-performing in-house creative studio. This role will set the creative direction for a rapidly evolving business, elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of all work for audiences across global markets.

The ideal candidate is a player-coach: equally comfortable sharing strategic creative direction, guiding teams, and diving into the work when needed. They will bring structure, discipline, and operational clarity to a growing studio while championing creative excellence across B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Direction

Serve as the senior creative lead across all campaigns, concepts, messaging frameworks, and visual designs.

Shape and uphold a unified creative vision across copy, content, and design ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards.

Guide the development of ideals from initial brief through execution, ensuring work is strategically sounds, clear, accurate, and compliant.


Team Leadership & Management

Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary studio across copywriting, content, design, and asset production (currently five designers and four writers).

Foster a collaborative culture that raises creative standards, strengthens craft skills, and supports continuous learning and development.

Act as a player-coach – providing hands-on support on high-impact projects where needed.



Creative Operations & Workflow

Oversee daily workflow, resource allocation, and prioritization to support a high-volume global marketing pipeline.

Build and refine processes that increase efficiency, improve cross-functional alignment, and enable the studio to scale effectively.

Establish clear quality-control practices and approval processes for all creative outputs.


Content & Design Excellence

Provide senior oversight of content development, including campaign messaging, thought leadership, long-form content marketing, SEO content, and newsletters.

Maintain and enforce a consistent tone of voice and design language across all touchpoints.

Partner closely with the Design Lead to ensure alignment between content and visual execution across channels and formats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Marketing, campaigns, Digital, and regional teams to deliver creative that drives engagement, conversion, and commercial impact.

Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations to understand performance data and continuously improve creative effectiveness.

Partner with compliance, branding, and business stakeholders to ensure work meets regulatory and brand requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in creative leadership across content, copywriting, and design, ideally within a B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth digital environment.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams and build high-performing studio operations.

Demonstrated excellence in campaign messaging and short-form copywriting across channels, balanced with strong long-form content oversight.

Deep understanding of brand systems, creative operations, and end-to-end campaign execution.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced organisation.

Portfolio required, including examples of both hands-on creative work and leadership of team-delivered outputs. Candidates may be asked to complete a short case study.
