YOUR ROLE
To carry out high-quality workshop services and product/service sales, you guarantee the sustainable satisfaction of your customers and users as well as the economic and environmental performances
Your Responsibilities:
CARRYING OUT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND PERSONALISATION SERVICES:
- Diagnose customer equipment needs quickly, in person or remotely.
- Provide quotes using the correct billing method (paid, warranty, free).
- Explain service costs and inform customers of any changes or delays.
- Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and personalization using proper tools and processes.
- Operate and maintain workshop machines you’ve been trained on.
- Follow fire safety, evacuation, and basic workplace safety rules.
- Use proper ergonomics, PPE, and handle hazardous materials safely.
- Protect customer data and ensure product safety standards are met.
- Keep your workspace organized and efficient.
- Be available during peak times to maximize customer service.
- Manage both physical and digital stock effectively.
- Restock and reorder products as needed.
- Align inventory with current and upcoming sales needs.
- Recommend the best product/service packages based on customer needs.
- Promote related services and continuously update your technical knowledge.
- Engage with customers through various channels (in-store, online, phone, etc.).
- Sell complete solutions tailored to each customer.
- Identify and track customer preferences through their account.
- Set up and organize displays to attract and inform customers.
- Adapt your merchandising to match sales activity and trends.
- Highlight top-selling or upcoming products and services across channels.
- Ensure competitive pricing and strong value compared to local rivals.

Our contract is based on 44 hours weekly Whether you're an early bird craving that 9 AM kick-off or a night owl ready to score from 1 PM to 10 PM, we've got shifts as dynamic as your game plan. Your schedule? As flexible as a pro athlete's training routine, tailored to both the store's hustle and your personal playtime needs! "
