Yard Hand/ Loader Operator

Description:
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Loader Operator/Yard Hand to join our team at our newly opened Concrete Plant in Somerville, Victoria.

This is a hands-on role involving front-end loader operations, yard duties and assisting with the production of premix concrete.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating a Front-End Loader and Forklift
Loading raw materials to specified recipes
Yard maintenance and general plant duties
Loading and unloading trucks
Assisting with concrete plant operations (training provided)
Occasional delivery of premix concrete as required

What We’re Looking For

Previous Front-End Loader experience (essential)
Forklift experience (essential)
HR Licence (essential)
Concrete plant or agitator experience highly regarded (or willingness to learn)
Strong safety focus and team attitude
