Pay: $18 (Offers opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on performance)

Hours: 7-5pm (Overtime Available)

Job Description:

Perform general yard maintenance tasks while collaborating with team members to complete assigned duties efficiently. This role involves operating heavy construction equipment, including excavators, dump trucks, and front-end loaders, as well as handling labor-intensive tasks as needed. Primary responsibilities include safely and effectively running equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to safety protocols to support the overall success of the team.
