Yogurt-Toppings Attendant /Cashier

We are looking for a part time cashier/yogurt and topping bar attendant. You would be responsible for managing all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include taking cash and credit payments and issuing receipts. You are also responsible for keeping the store clean and well stocked. To be successful in this role, you should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills ,be friendly, and interact well with everyone! You will also need to be comfortable working alone.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using a cash register
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Redeem TCBY points and coupons
• Let management know about all customer complaints - try to help resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering and leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy store
• Stocking the bar

Skills

• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales is helpful- but no experience required
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS- We can easily train you
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Friendly and Outgoing personality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
