Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Youth Workers to join our team in delivering impactful programmes for students at MOE schools. The role involves planning, facilitating, and implementing youth development initiatives that foster social-emotional learning, leadership, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and facilitate engaging group guidance programmes for students.
- Build strong rapport with youth and create a safe, supportive environment for learning.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, NPCs, and community stakeholders to support youth development.
- Identify students' needs and provide guidance in personal, academic, and social development.
- Contribute to programme planning and implementation to ensure effective delivery and impact.

- Passionate about youth development and personal growth.
- Experienced in engaging and working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Skilled in facilitation, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving.
- Open to learning and growing alongside a purpose-driven team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of coaching experience in a similar programme.
- Strong skills in rapport building, effective communication, and programme facilitation.
- Proven experience in designing, planning, and implementing group guidance programmes for students.
- Equivalent experience in youth work within school and community settings.
- Registered as an MOE trainer.
- Able to commit for at least 6 months. This role has an opportunity for conversion to full-time.
