Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative video ideas aligned with brand goals and audience interests
• Script, film, and edit engaging YouTube videos using video editing software
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO to increase visibility
• Manage and schedule content publishing across YouTube and social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
• Conduct social listening to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activity
• Design eye-catching graphics and thumbnails utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Engage with viewers through comments, community posts, and live sessions to foster relationships and boost engagement
• Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and YouTube Studio insights to measure performance and refine strategies
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and cross-platform marketing efforts
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, video editing techniques, and digital content strategies

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to digital media, marketing, communications or a similar field (college credit required)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) or similar tools
• Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application)
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and social media marketing strategies
• Excellent proofreading skills for content accuracy and clarity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
