Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pasig with some work from home acceptable. As an Account Executive for Open Markets, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with underwriters to tailor insurance solutions. The role will require regular reporting and analysis of market trends to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management, relationship building, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of insurance products, reinsurance practices, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
