Account Managers (Roofing Sales)

Base + Commission-$60,000-$150,000

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
• Consistently hit and exceed minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.
• Utilize CRM tools like AccuLynx to track sales activities and manage accounts,
• Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes clearly and confidently

Experience

• No roofing experience? No problem — we provide training
• Strong negotiation skills
• Work independently + meet new people daily

What We Are Looking For:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a truck for transportation.
• Comfortable with climbing roofs and performing roof inspections.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
