Job description:
As an Accounts Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals. You’ll build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understand their business objectives, and position our solutions to drive revenue growth. Your success will be measured by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and leverage campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track pipeline activity, and forecast sales.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular feedback to Product and Customer Success teams based on client input.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prefers proven track record of 2–3 years in B2B sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Accepts Fresh Graduates
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to understand client needs and align solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences when required.
- Adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
