Accounting Assistant

LoveYourself, Inc. is looking for a skilled and detailed-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team.

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & administrative-related side of your hub or clinic. You will also be responsible for financial reports and integrity of accounting documents.

A. Job Description & Responsibilities

• Coordination with the clinic and operations managers for efficient reporting
• Bookkeeping
• Ensures the legality and accuracy of the receipts that other connected/partnered clinics submit
• Preparation of Cash Position Report
• Prepare monthly expense report of your assigned hub
• Journalize liquidations, bank charges & excess cash deposits
• Monitoring of your hub's variance tracker
• Monitoring of Employee Cash Advances.
• Preparation of Variance Report
• Petty Cash Fund
• Prepare and monitor budget vs actual expense report.
• Manage flight bookings & venues
• Archiving of Documents (Keep both electronic and paper file systems up to date)
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Other tasks assigned by the Operations Head

B. Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, or at least of relevant course
• With at least one (1) year experience related to the job
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Bookkeeping/Accounting Applications
• Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong City

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
