Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Manager and other stakeholders to define and propose accounting entries to address different accounting scenarios with varying complexities specific to crypto asset accounting.
• Crypto asset management and financial reporting.
• High-volume data reconciliation across different nature of data between various sources/systems/blockchain networks.
• Support stakeholders in historical financial clean-up efforts, ensuring all relevant financials are audit ready.
• Support all other relevant crypto accounting matters.
• Support finance system project manager in matters relating to internal finance systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance. ACCA & CPA qualifications are a plus.
• At least 10 years of PQE with strong background in accounting operations and audit.
• Adept at problem solving, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with multi-currency accounting and complex accounting scenarios.
• Crypto accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in finance systems and Excel.
• Some consolidation experience is desirable.
• Independent and self-motivated.
