Position: Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record accounting transactions accurately
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in payroll preparation and government compliance
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
• Encode and verify data in accounting systems and Excel
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and operations departments
• Assist in inventory and expense monitoring
• Prepare reports and support management requirements
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, Bookkeeping, or related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
• Knowledge in Excel and accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
