The role:
Our Accounts Payable team are responsible for all invoice & employee expense processing & payment within the EMEA region. We are looking for a highly ambitious team member who is excited by the opportunity to grow their career at Trend Micro. Duties & Responsibilities:
As an AP Specialist, no two days will be the same and you will work in a diverse and dynamic role. Your main responsibilities will include but not are limited to:
- Processing a high-volume Trade Invoices & Employee Expense Reports timely and accurately.
- Processing intercompany invoices & non-PO related invoices, ensuring accurate coding & approval for payment.
- Ensure transactions are performed in conjunction with company policies & procedures.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and ability to working to tight deadlines.
- Reconciling vendor accounts.
- Maintain accounts payable aging report & debit balances.
- Effectively manage the relationship with both suppliers and internal business partners.
- Prepare payment runs.
- Assist in the development & continuous improvement of the accounts payable processes and driving automation opportunities.
- Drive to improve the Key Performance Indicators in all areas of the Accounts Payable function.
You are:
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Fluent in English, fluency in additional European languages desirable but not essential
- Excellent in communication and organisational skills
- Organized and able to manage your time effectively
You have:
- Certification or Degree in Accounting or Business is desirable.
- Experience in an Accounts Payable position in a multinational/shared service centre.
- Highly motivated business/finance graduates seeking this role as an entry point to a Finance career will also be considered. Experience interning in a multinational organisation is a bonus.
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate & high quality work.
- The drive to continuously learn and look for improvements.
