Administration Assistant (Olongapo)

JOB SUMMARY
Ensures on-time submission of all billing-related reports and documents (PO, Sales Invoice, Receiver Authorization, Receiver Certification).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service

  • Provides excellent service and addresses customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

2. Merchandise Display & Inventory Management

  • Monitors deliveries and receives items with store officers.
  • Ensures accurate documentation and physical counts of merchandise received and released.
  • Conducts regular stock counts and verifies returns to vendors.

3. Operations

  • Ensures PO and Invoice details match (description, cost, UOM, quantity).
  • Implements measures to prevent product damages.
  • Maintains inventory records, including defective and premium items.

4. Housekeeping

  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom.
  • Ensures proper labeling, storage, and disposal/sale of unused cartons with proper recording.

5. Other Tasks

  • Performs additional duties assigned by the immediate superior.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of any four-year computer-related course.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

*Willing to be assigned Robinsons Appliances - Olongapo.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,650.00 per month
