Position Type: Part-Time
Location: In-Person | Cottonwood, AZ
Hourly Wage: Starting $17
- Serve as the primary point of contact for admission inquiries via phone, email, fax, and in person
- Conduct engaging and informative facility tours for prospective residents and families
- Coordinate and complete all required admissions documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal departments (nursing, dietary, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless preparation for new resident arrivals
- Maintain and update admissions records and marketing materials for accuracy and accessibility
- Track admission leads, conduct follow-ups, and provide timely updates to the Director of Admissions and Marketing
- Support the admissions team with additional duties as assigned
- Serve as Manager on Duty on weekends, acting as a point of contact for staff and families and providing leadership presence and oversight throughout the building
- Strong computer competency is required—must be comfortable working with multiple systems, data entry, email, and basic office software
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, document preparation, and data entry
- Previous customer service experience with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and serve as a trustworthy representative of the facility
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Successful completion of Background Screening, Reference Check, and Drug Testing
- Tuberculosis testing and Employee Health Screening (conducted after hire)
- Ability to commute to Cottonwood, AZ
- Hours and schedule are negotiable
- Position requires approximately 16–24 hours per week
- Coverage needed during the weekday (Monday–Friday)
- Schedule may include 2–3 full days, 5 half days, or a similar flexible arrangement based on department needs
