About the Role
As a Meta & Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to execute strategies, improve performance, and maintain consistent results across multiple ad accounts.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can work independently, thinks strategically, and brings strong technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across various funnel stages.
Conduct audience and competitor research to build strong targeting foundations.
Write effective ad copy and collaborate on creative direction.
Analyze daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly.
Develop and test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and bid structures.
Collaborate with internal teams for strategy reviews and campaign planning.
Maintain structured documentation and follow internal paid media processes.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization tactics.
Skilled in writing compelling ad copy for testing and scaling.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Proactive communicator who can work independently in a remote setting.
Comfortable working during U.S.-aligned hours and managing deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with reporting dashboards (GA, Looker Studio, etc.)
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation funnels
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and retargeting strategy
Basic Canva or creative briefing experience
