About Us

We are currently recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager with a strong mechanical background to lead our aftersales department and drive service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aftersales operations including service, workshop, parts, and customer care.
  • Support workshop technicians with technical diagnostics and repairs.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Improve service workflows, turnaround times, and workshop productivity.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as service efficiency, parts sales, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety and OEM standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop aftersales staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support vehicle delivery and aftercare.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience in aftersales or service management.
  • Strong mechanical/technical background (trade qualified or equivalent).
  • Leadership experience in a dealership, fleet, or commercial vehicle environment.
  • Knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and service scheduling.
  • Proficiency with warranty systems and dealership/workshop software.

Desirable:

  • Experience with electric or alternative-fuel vehicles.
  • OEM technical training certifications.
  • Familiarity with health & safety procedures in workshop settings.
