Aftersales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervising and managing the automotive service technicians and staff
• Overseeing the inspection of automobiles and approving or disapproving repair requests
• Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding services and charges
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts and supplies as needed
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote automotive services
• Assuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental laws and regulations
• Setting and managing the budget for the service department
• Planning and organizing work schedules for the team
• Training and developing employees, and keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends.
