GF Machining Solutions is the world’s leading provider of machines, Auto-mation solutions and services to the tool and mold making industry and to manufacturers of precision components.
In order to support the Pricing team within the Business Unit Service + Success, our Customer Services department, we are currently looking for an intern/alternant.
The team is responsible for the pricing of all the wear parts, spare parts and consumable for the machines of the division.
The pricing strategy is defined centrally, to be implemented in our different sales companies all over the world.
You will support the Pricing Manager in his daily business, analyzing data in order to define a pricing strategy to contribute to the company results.:
Manage price tickets reported by sales subsidiaries to identify problems and make corrections considering business and financial impact
Prepare and check Monthly price reviews (justify price updates, check market price …)
Create price lists for our sales subsidiaries
Analyze low-margin sales and correcting prices
Proactively identify pricing errors
Perform Sales and margin analysis
Implement price changes into the ERP (SAP)
Process improvements to optimize flows within various departments (Purchasing, Or-der Processing, Sales…)
Perform market intelligence (prices, actors, patent infringements…)
Strong analytical skills
Attention to details and rigorous
Confident with figures
Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
MS Office especially excel (pivot table)
Rigorous and structured
Language: English, good level
Personal skills: Team spirit, hands-on attitude and solution finders, methodic with an Agile mindset, good communication skills.
Working place: MEYRIN – CH (no possibility to provide accommodation, thus having an accommo-dation in the area is necessary)
