Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls) – Remote | Philippines
Compensation: $450 USD/month base + performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (1-hour break)
Location: Remote (Philippines)

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals who can confidently speak with homeowners, qualify prospects, and set high-quality appointments for our roofing specialists.

This is a performance-based role where strong communicators and driven individuals can thrive and earn additional bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
• Qualify prospects based on set criteria
• Schedule roofing inspection appointments for the sales team
• Accurately document call details and appointment notes
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
• Previous sales, call center, or lead generation experience is a plus
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated work setup
• Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours consistently

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload internet speed
• Windows PC
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Quiet work environment suitable for calls

Compensation & Performance

• Base pay: $450 USD/month
• Bonus: $5 USD per qualified appointment
• Bi-weekly payments

Qualified appointments must meet company standards and will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
