Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations and support the team in delivering excellent customer service. If you have leadership experience in food and beverage and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and support staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team coordination
• Support hiring, training, and staff development
• Handle customer concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented and team player
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
