Position Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at Chimi, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, including sales and profits, fostering an active brand culture, and ensuring operational excellence. You will help drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, manage staff, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory and administration tasks. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver on-target results and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Engage with customers, assist in staff management, and ensure high standards of visual merchandising.

• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, helping to plan and implement strategies to improve results.

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the team to reflect Chimi’s brand values.

• Foster a dynamic and creative work environment while building strong relationships with customers.

Qualification

• Have at least one year of experience in retail management or leadership.

• Are passionate about fashion and have a strong customer service focus.

• Understand KPIs and use them to drive performance improvements.

• Are a great communicator, highly organized, and lead by example.

• Are fluent in English and comfortable with a flexible working schedule.

This is a full-time role based in our two Stockholm stores.
