Banqueting Chef De Partie

Rochestown Park Hotel - Douglas Cork is seeking a motivated & hands on Banqueting Chef de Partie with a passion for volume based preparation and service to add to our well established and professional team of Chefs under the guidance of both Gary Burke - Executive Chef & Richard O'Carroll - Banqueting Chef.

Days of work 5/7 per week. Hours of work fulltime

Ideal Candidate:

* Must have previous experience in Banqueting preparation & service.

* Have the ability to multi task in a busy volume based environment

* Be a team player and be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service

* Be flexible with regards to working hours / availability to work various shift patterns

* Have an ability to prepare all dishes in a timely fashion and to an agreed standard.

* Have HACCP knowledge and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00 per year
