Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Barber. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, supporting clients with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an opportunity to develop versatile skills in a friendly and fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries at the front desk
• Provide expert hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the workspace
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client bookings efficiently
• Support retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service

Skills

• Have at least 2 years of Barber/Hairstyling experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols relevant to personal care environments
• Front desk experience demonstrating organizational skills and professionalism
• Ability to work well in a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
