Griolladh is on the lookout for some new staff to start with us with immediate start possible, ideal candidate will have experience as well as full availability, we are looking for staff who can work 20+ hours per week with a relatively open schedule monday - sunday.

Primary Responsibility: Provide exceptional customer service, support food preparation and stocking, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Griolladh culture of positivity, kindness, and pride in work.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and promote the menu as part of creating a welcoming environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries with genuine interest and kindness and assist with menu recommendations.
- Handle transactions accurately and securely in line with POS procedures.
Food & Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare beverages and food with accuracy and care, following safety & Griolladh procedures.
- Follow food safety and allergen management protocols strictly.
- Contribute to a positive, teamwork-focused atmosphere during all tasks.
Store & Equipment Maintenance:
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment, promoting high standards in presentation.
- Restock supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
- Maintain personal hygiene and store uniform standards.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Ensure all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming - reflecting the “show up” and “support” mentality.
- Dispose of waste properly and follow sanitation protocols rigorously.
Supporting Operations:
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including set-up and breakdown.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and delivery receipt processes.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and comply with all safety and hygiene policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
