Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours per week)

Job Summary

Fresco Blend Juice Bar + Kitchen is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Barista / Front of House to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers by taking orders, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized café. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in their work, and is eager to contribute to a positive team environment. If you have previous barista or food service experience and are passionate about delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve smoothies, juices, coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and dining areas.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is required.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, morning shifts, and/or evening shifts.
• Available to work up to 30 hours per week.
