Bbq Cook / Counter Team Member – Sweet Chuck’S Bbq

Sweet Chuck’s BBQ is hiring a part-time team member for our fast-paced BBQ restaurant located inside Parkville Market. This is a hybrid front-of-house and kitchen position. We’re looking for someone who can handle customer interaction while also helping execute food during service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-energy environment and takes pride in hospitality, speed, and consistency.

Responsibilities Include:

• Taking customer orders and providing great service
• Preparing drinks and maintaining the beverage station
• Building sliders, sandwiches, mac bowls, fries, and platters to spec
• Slicing brisket and preparing smoked meats during service
• Working the sandwich and expo stations
• Portioning sides and sauces
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Assisting with prep and restocking during service

What We’re Looking For:

• Restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Nights and weekends availability required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
