What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in a knowledgeable, pressure-free environment
• Ask the right questions to match customers with the right cannabis products — flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, tinctures
• Accurately process transactions using our POS system (Dutchie)
• Maintain compliance with all Colorado MED regulations, including ID verification and transaction limits
• Keep the sales floor and display cases organized, stocked, and clean
• Stay current on new products, brands, strains, and consumption methods
• Support inventory counts, product intake, and daily operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• MED Badge required
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus; genuine curiosity about the plant is a must
• Strong communication skills — you can explain terpenes to a first-timer without condescension
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends and evenings
• 21+ years of age (required by Colorado law)
