Our Client is on the lookout for a passionate, forward-thinking Building Services Manager to lead their M&E function across multiple high-profile residential developments. What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the M&E expert driving excellence across multiple sites, ensuring systems run like clockwork from design to delivery. Expect to:

• Lead and manage multiple M&E design teams with a focus on innovation and integration.
• Ensure seamless installation of building services in line with project handover timelines.
• Support and advise on system selection, risk mitigation, and on-site solutions.
• Oversee contractor performance, quality standards, and programme timelines.
• Be hands-on when needed, while coaching and mentoring our next generation of Building Services Engineers.
• Play a key role in driving energy-efficient and cutting-edge design solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with utilities, design, and construction teams.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership and foresight:

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 7+ years in a similar project management or building services leadership role.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder with proven problem-solving skills.
• A passion for sustainable design, energy efficiency, and modern construction trends.
• Confident in managing risk, driving performance, and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Happy to travel across sites in the Greater Dublin Area (full driving license required).

Pay: €80,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
