Duties

• Greet visitors warmly, providing exceptional in-person member service and guiding them through product demos.
• Promote products and brand initiatives through engaging conversations and demonstrations.
• Collect valuable data from member interactions to support marketing strategies and improve service delivery.
• Assist with event marketing efforts by setting up promotional displays, distributing samples, and encouraging participation.
• Build strong relationships with members by understanding their needs, answering questions, and handling sales objections confidently.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively promote items and represent the brand professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or retail environments with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
• Ability to handle sales objections tactfully while promoting products enthusiastically.
• Skilled in public speaking and presenting product demos clearly and persuasively.
• Technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems, data collection tools, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of retail store product details combined with branding expertise to enhance customer experience.
