Business Development Manager (Benelux) – Nas & Storage Products

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Benelux) to drive the growth of its NAS (Network Attached Storage) and accessory product business across the Benelux region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding channel partnerships, managing key customer relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to increase market share and brand presence across CE, IT, and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales channels for NAS products throughout the Benelux region.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, retailers, and key channel partners.
  • Manage NAS product opportunities from initial engagement through successful execution.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and European marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, trade shows, and other marketing events.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support customers and drive business growth across Consumer Electronics (CE), IT, and B2B channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in NAS, storage, or related networking products within sales or channel distribution.
  • Strong understanding of the European NAS and networking distribution ecosystem.
  • Existing relationships with distributors, resellers, or channel partners within the Benelux market are highly preferred.
  • Native-level Dutch communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional English proficiency is required.
  • French language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong business development, account management, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Benelux region.
