The Role

We are seeking a CAD Technician / Project Coordinator to join our growing team, working on high-quality bespoke joinery projects from design through to installation.

Joinery experience is essential for this role — this is not a purely office-based CAD position.

This role would suit someone coming from a carpentry/joinery background who is looking to move into a more technical, office-based position while still being closely involved in live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing detailed joinery drawings for manufacture and installation
• Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Coordinating between design, workshop, and site teams
• Assisting with project planning, timelines, and scheduling
• Liaising with clients, site managers, and internal teams
• Ensuring all drawings are accurate, practical, and buildable

Software

We use IMOS CAD software in-house.

Experience with IMOS is a strong advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong joinery / carpentry background (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience in a CAD / detailing / technical role (preferred)
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
• Good understanding of manufacturing and site installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
