Café Staff (Team Member/Server/Kitchen Staff)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Café/Kitchen Staff member to join our team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing beverages, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and friendly café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including teas, coffee, Food Items and snacks
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen area
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers regarding menu items
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with a positive and problem-solving attitude
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive café environment
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in a barista or café role is an asset but not required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safe level 1 (Can be provided after hiring)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and a positive attitude
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid work permit)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
