Captain 30+M Sy

A 30+m modern classic sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Captain to join the vessel in Malta as soon as possible. The yacht has an aluminium hull, completed a major yard period for Malta coding last winter, and operates a dual-season programme of private and charter use. The vessel accommodates up to 8 guests and runs with a crew of five.

The programme is light to medium owner use within a relaxed, family-oriented environment, with a 9-day charter confirmed for August before continuing on to the Caribbean following the Mediterranean season.

The ideal candidate will have proven command experience on sailing yachts and be confident managing all operational aspects of the vessel, including passage planning, crew management, financial administration and charter operations. A strong technical understanding of onboard systems, planned maintenance and cruising throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean is essential.

Qualifications: RYA Yachtmaster Ocean or Offshore (Commercially Endorsed). AEC 1 & 2 preferred.
