Cashier/Customer Service

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have experience with technology sales, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Details:

Part time position with hours ranging from 15-20 per week. Must be able to rotate weekends and holidays. *Weekend hourly rate is $1 more*

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store appearance and upkeep
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or technology sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Customer service
- Phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
