About the Role

Makimura Ramen Corp. is looking for a dedicated and reliable IT & Security Officer to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, CCTV monitoring systems, and overall safety and security operations. This is a one-man team position, requiring an individual who can independently manage IT support, security monitoring, and workplace safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Information Technology (IT)

• Manage and maintain company IT assets, including computers, laptops, printers, network devices, and other hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and branches.
• Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, network performance, and system security.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
• Maintain inventory and records of IT assets.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Ensure data security and proper backup procedures.

Security & CCTV Management

• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems across all company locations.
• Conduct regular reviews of CCTV footage when required for investigations and incident reports.
• Ensure all security equipment and surveillance systems are operational.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate investigations related to security concerns.
• Recommend improvements to company security measures and loss prevention programs.

Safety & Compliance

• Assist in implementing workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine safety inspections of office facilities.
• Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Monitor compliance with company safety standards and government regulations.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, security systems, or a related role.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and security operations.
• Familiarity with workplace safety and security practices is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to travel to branches when needed.
• Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby areas.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
