Century Play - Shift Leader

Century Play in Letterkenny are hiring a supervisor to work alongside the team to help enhance and deliver outstanding customer service within the department.

Job Description:

• A background in customer service from within the hospitality sector, would be an advantage. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a keen eye for customer service while directing fellow team members.
• Confident in their ability to look after the needs of our customers who span a wide age range.
• Assist with staff training and team development.
• Maintain cleanliness, have excellent organisational skills, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience of a supervisory role is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Previous supervisory experience of at least 1 year is preferred. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and mature-minded candidate.
