Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
Prepare and review tax returns and other statutory reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Develop and recommend improvements to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management.
Safeguard the confidentiality of financial records and company information.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid PRC license.
At least one (1) year of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
