About the Role
We are representing a fast-growing, listed Internet and Entertainment group seeking a CEO to partner closely with the Management Team in driving execution, performance, cross-entity management and alignment.

This role is ideally for a commercially driven and hands-on leader experienced in scaling complex, multi-entity organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of group strategy across multiple business units and markets
• Oversee operational and financial performance delivery
• Align leadership teams and strengthen organizational effectiveness
• Lead KPI frameworks, governance, and reporting structures
• Support Group CEO in capital allocation, fundraising, and investment activities
• Manage investor, Board, and key external stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience (Deputy CEO, COO, MD or equivalent)
• Strong capital markets and fundraising experience
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and hands on operational execution
• Experience in multi-entity or regional organizations
• Exposure to listed-company environments
• Strong stakeholder management, including China-based partners
