Chief Operating Officer (Coo) (32–40 Hours)

We’re looking for an experienced COO to lead day-to-day operations (managing the growth, team & processes) and connecting the dots from supply chain to the launches of our collections. You are shaping the next growth phase.
What you’ll do
As the COO, you are the middle person of our organization, leading the brand by aligning with the founder’s vision and creativity. This needs to be matched in a constant flow to the day-to-day operations. You ensure smooth execution across teams and sections, by translating strategic goals / creativity into concrete day-to-day actions that scale.
Responsibilities
Lead and optimize daily operations
Coordinate the process & strategy for inbound of goods, to fast-paced monthly drops online. Managing all processes & people from inbound to launch.
Lead the team and make sure the total output of employees is highly productive.
Implement and improve systems, processes & people for scale.
Drive input & creativity to maintain growth in a fast-growing and changing online e-commerce environment.
Keep time to market for buying & launches short & as efficient as possible
Who you are
5+ years in a similar operational role in an e-commerce focused company
Hands-on mindset with strong leadership skills
Passion for fashion and highly curious about market and competitor behaviour
Future-oriented, with an eye and curiosity for the AI world & new ways to sell.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Stress-resistant and flexible in a fast-changing environment
Consistently on the look out for the next-step that leads to growth (long-term and short-term)
