Sittrly is a childcare company providing reliable in-home childcare services for families in the Clarksville and Fort Campbell area. We are currently seeking dependable childcare providers to join our growing team. Duties

• Provide attentive in home care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development milestones and encourage creativity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment aligned with childcare standards and regulations
• Support children’s social-emotional growth through positive behavior management and nurturing interactions
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly valued
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages is essential
• Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is preferred
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, preschool activities, and caregiving best practices enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Proven ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning through play and structured activities
