We are a well-established Early Learning Centre in Oak Park, currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and continue building a strong, high-quality service for our local community.

This role suits someone who is confident managing a service end-to-end, passionate about team development, and capable of driving occupancy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
• Lead, support and develop a team of educators
• Drive occupancy through local marketing and community engagement
• Manage rostering, wages and overall financial performance
• Maintain compliance with EYLF, NQS and all regulatory requirements
• Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive environment for children, families and staff
• Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members

About You

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor
• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and Assessment & Rating
• Proven ability to manage occupancy and team performance
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality education and care
• Current WWCC, First Aid and Child Protection

Pay: $90,707.10 – $122,140.39 per year
