MLG Oz is growing — fast. And we need a Civil Workshop Supervisor who can keep our fleet moving and our projects on track.

What You’ll Run
This is more than a workshop job — you’re the engine behind the operation.
- Safety First. No Exceptions.
Set the standard. Drive a zero-harm culture across workshop and field. - Own the Workshop
Lead trades, apprentices, and contractors. Set the pace, lift the standard, deliver results. - Keep the Fleet Moving
Excavators, loaders, graders, dozers — uptime is your KPI. You make it happen. - Plan. Prioritise. Execute.
Balance servicing, breakdowns, and project demands without missing a beat. - Control the Detail
Parts, tooling, labour — you keep everything aligned, efficient, and on point.
What You Bring
- Proven experience supervising in a civil workshop
- Section 26 qualification (essential)
- Strong background with earthmoving and civil
- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification
- Leadership experience across workshop + field service teams
- Solid grip on maintenance planning, cost control & reporting
- Sharp fault-finding and problem-solving skills
