Avant Mutual requires multiple administrators to assist our claims team during a busy period for a 3-month duration. These roles can be based in our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane offices.

The key responsibilities include:

• Support the claims team by managing documentation generated during the auto indemnity process
• Split and reorganize PDF files to ensure accurate document handling
• Maintain and update records using Netdocs
• Utilize Aurora Claims Management platform as required
• Ensure all documentation is processed efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• An ability work both autonomously and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and PDF editing tools
