Claims Analyst/Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual)

I am hiring for two positions to work in our Claims Department in the Automotive Industry: Claims Analyst and Customer Success Specialist. We’re seeking self-motivated individuals who have experience working in a fast paced environment. Both are bilingual positions: English/Spanish. Both are hybrid positions. Head office is located in Dearborn MI.

Claims Analyst wage: $24/hour

Customer Success Specialist: $20/hour

The Customer Service Specialist supports the Claims Department by managing email correspondence and day-to-day communication with automotive dealers and finished vehicle carriers. This role serves as a key point of contact, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses related to vehicle claims, documentation, and issue resolution. This is a remote position. Previous Claims experience is an asset. Book keeping is also an asset. English/Spanish is required for this position.

The Claims Analyst is responsible for processing damage claims for finished vehicles and parts at an offsite facility for an automotive manufacturer and reports to the Claims Supervisor. This position is part of a turnkey operation which includes various types of services relating to damage claims, warranty claims and major damage vehicles. This position is expected to provide a high standard of customer service and encompass all aspects of the claims process.

Hours of work: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri.

Familiarity with Outlook and Professional email communication, Microsoft Excel use, Proficient Computer proficiency, Date Entry Skills, Exceptional communication skills.

Previous experience with Claims is an asset. Call center experience is also an asset.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
