Cleaning Site Manager

• Supervise and support a small team of cleaners
• Schedule tasks to meet deadlines.
• Prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
• Assign duties and conduct quality spot checks.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and team support.
• Oversee and assist with daily cleaning operations.
• Meet site rotations and KPI requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Respond to client requests and feedback promptly.
• Manage rosters and provide shift coverage as needed.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Act quickly and appropriately during incidents or hazards.
• Floor (strip & Polish) experience is must.
• Ride on and burnisher Machine experience is must.

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
