Cleaning Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader (Cleaning Services) Evening time - Monday to Friday 18:00 to 22:00

Reports to: Supervisor

Job Overview:You’ll support workplace team covering facilities, workplace activities and events at our Dublin office, ensuring our spaces are safe, efficient, and aligned with the needs of both the company and our employees. You'll oversee the following items. Your work will be key to creating a frictionless environment where all Intercom staff will enjoy being in.

Cleaning Scope

• You will continue to lead the cleaning team by instructing and delegating tasks to the site`s Team.
• Carry out daily cleaning inspections and highlight actions required to the cleaning team.
• Attend office walks taking feedback on areas of improvement.
• Document and update SOW for the cleaning team where necessary.
• Liaise with the building cleaning team to ensure cleaning standards are aligned across all areas of the office/building including showers, locker room, lift lobbies, bathroom facilities, towel service, and shower consumables.

Facilities Scope

• Support day to day facilities operations maintenance issues including working with IT, UPMS, support with DND Group on office issues and projects.
• Schedule maintenance for adhoc facilities needs ensuring you limit impact to office users.
• Partner with building management and security ensuring that daily operations are frictionless and resolve issues as they arise.
• Manage and own all site storage.
• Event support including HVAC management, furniture set up and dealing with Elekers removers.
• H&S: Inspection of first aid kits/defibs. Run fire drills and arrange first aid and fire warden training.
• Arrange vendor access with building security using this sheet.
• Carry out daily maintenance checks,

● Spot checking access control doors

● Visual inspections of the AC in all 3 comms rooms

● Check office lights ensuring all are operational

● Spot check meeting room AC

The responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive, as each office site has its own specific requirements. A detailed routine for each location will be accessible to all staff. Team Leaders are expected to follow and enforce instructions provided by supervisors and managers to maintain a high-quality cleaning service.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.00-€14.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
